Arthurs Pass Railway Station
It's not hard to find the Arthurs Pass Railway Station, because there is only one street there, surrounded by mountains so you have a strong chance of rain, just walk through the subway which goes under the railway
tracks, you will come out the other side at the Railway Station

Arthurs Pass New Zealand Gate way to the westcoast
Arthur's Pass is 2 hours from Christchurch by road or on the TranzAlpine Train The trip is 223.8 kilometres long and takes four and a half hours. There are 19 tunnels, and 4 viaducts, the highest being the Staircase standing at 73 metres.
The TranzAlpine departs Christchurch and Greymouth daily.
30 more minutes heading towards the west, the next stop over the Arthurs pass or the Otira Gorge is the town of Otira, 1 more hour drive is the town of Greymouth. Tramping, camping, walking, snow, rivers, creeks, mountains the great outdoors awaits you.
